Monocle Prism Acceptable Use Policy

Monocle Prism is a trade name of We'll Do It LLC. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to every account holder, workplace member and anyone else who uses Monocle Prism.

1. Use the Service lawfully

Do not use Monocle Prism to break any law or to help someone else break one, including laws on privacy, consumer protection, export control, sanctions, anti-money laundering, intellectual property, and anti-discrimination.

2. Protect people and data

Do not:

  • upload, collect or share personal data you have no right to process, or without notices and consents the law requires;
  • store or send highly sensitive data the Service is not designed for, such as full payment card numbers outside our payment flows, or health information that requires a HIPAA business associate agreement, unless we have agreed in writing;
  • try to access another workplace's data, another person's account, or any part of the Service you are not authorized to use;
  • paste other people's passwords or credentials into AI prompts or shared records (Prompt Shield warns you, but you remain responsible).

3. Messaging and outreach

Email, text messages and calls sent through the Service must follow the law and the providers' rules, including CAN-SPAM, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state telemarketing laws and carrier rules. In particular:

  • send marketing only to people who agreed to receive it, and honor unsubscribe and STOP requests at once;
  • do not send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, phishing, or messages with false sender details;
  • do not import lists bought from third parties for marketing without valid consent.

We may limit or pause sending to protect deliverability for everyone.

4. Monocle AI

Do not use Monocle AI to:

  • produce content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploits anyone, or promotes violence;
  • deceive people, including impersonating a real person or creating fake reviews, records or documents presented as genuine;
  • make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person (for example credit, employment, housing or insurance decisions) without meaningful human review;
  • give legal, tax, financial or medical advice to others as if it came from a qualified professional;
  • develop or train a competing AI model, or extract model weights, system instructions or other non-public information about how the Service is built;
  • get around usage limits, fair-use controls, safety filters or the confirmation step.

The AI providers' own usage policies also apply .

5. Security and integrity

Do not:

  • probe, scan or test the Service's security without our written permission (report vulnerabilities to support@monocleprism.com with the subject "Security Report");
  • introduce malware, or interfere with or overload the Service;
  • scrape or bulk-download the Service other than through tools we provide;
  • share, sell or resell accounts or access, except as your plan or order form allows;
  • create accounts or workplaces by automated means, or create multiple Foundational workplaces to get around plan limits.

6. Marketplace

Providers must describe their products and services accurately, deliver what they sell, honor their stated refund policies, hold any licenses their work requires, and follow the provider terms. Buyers must not misuse refunds or chargebacks.

7. Money features

Do not use Money features for anything the financial provider's terms forbid, including prohibited or restricted businesses, structuring, or moving funds for third parties.

8. Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, limit features, pause sending, suspend or close accounts or workplaces, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Where practicable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Investigating a report does not mean our staff open workplace content without approval; where content review is needed we ask the workplace first, except where the law or an urgent safety or security risk requires otherwise .
